Born from a group of friends' shared love for great pho — but they realized that Pho has always been a meal to be savored slowly in a traditional sit-down setting. But as they grew older and their lives became busier, they found it harder to find time for those slow, shared meals and turns to unhealthy fast foods.

Thats when they saw their opportunity to create a convenient option for enjoying pho on the go without sacrificing quality or flavor. The group of friends set out to bring the healthiness of Vietnamese food into the fast-food world—offering fresh, nourishing pho and dishes that could be made and enjoyed quickly, but still delivered the same comforting experience of a home-cooked meal.
